An excellent start to the day, nothing like photographing a Cathedral Choir to lift your spirits.
The session started with a meeting with the Choir Master at 8:45am to have a chat about what I wanted to do before rehearsals started at 9.00am, a very nice man but he didn’t want me getting in the way too much as they are obviously entering a busy period for the Choir and rehearsal time was precious, this suited me as it all looked perfect, all I did was photograph around the rehearsal session and the only time I set anything up was at the end when we kept a couple of the choristers back for some portrait pictures.
The sound was beautiful, I wish I could have put a soundtrack to this blog.
